You are warmly invited to a lecture by our colleague Kateřina Vondráčková on the history of North Korean war orphans who were housed at Valeč Chateau in the 1950s. The lecture will present this little-known chapter of Czech–Korean relations after the Korean War and introduce the stories of the children who found a temporary home at Valeč, as well as the people who cared for them. The lecture will be in Czech language.
