Lucie Neuhauserová

Bc. Lucie Neuhauserová is a graduate student at Charles University in Prague, specializing in Korean Studies. Her research interests include modern Korean history and the cultural and historical ties between Korea and Central Europe. In her bachelor’s thesis, she explored the emergence of Korean Buddhism within the Czechoslovak underground scene during the late socialist period, using oral history to trace the formation of the first Buddhist association and its development after 1989. Her current research focuses on cultural diplomacy between Czechoslovakia and North Korea in the second half of the 20th century.
